How to Make a sunset inspired necklace<br /><br />This jewelry making tutorial video shows how to make a colorful necklace inspired by the colors of the sunset. You will need 40 1/4 bugle beads in yellow, 18 glass chip beads in orange, 3 8mm round beads in red, a barrel clasp, 2 crimps 2mm, 2 crimp covers 3mm, 20 of beading wire, wire nippers and crimping pliers. Lay out the bead design in this order: 15 bugle beads, 3 chip beads, an 8mm bead, 3 chip beads, 5 bugle beads, 3 chip beads, an 8mm bead, 3 chip beads, 5 bugle beads, 3 chip beads, an 8mm bead, 3 chip beads, 15 bugle beads. It will be about 16 inches. Attach the clasp and crimp beads with the pliers at one end of the wire. String on the design. When the beads are all on the wire, attach the other end of the clasp and thread the wire back through the last couple beads. Secure the crimp in place and cut the wire close to the bead. Conceal the crimps with crimp covers and pinch them in place.
